First Completion at The Willows!

Following a successful handover of the first 6 properties at The Willows, we’ve been able to complete on the first sale and handover over the keys to the new buyers.

The 11 homes are a mix of three and four-bedroom houses available through the Government backed Shared Ownership Scheme and Outright Sale.

After high demand and with over 400 persons registered for the Development the Sales Team at Garden City Homes managed to reserve all houses off-plan.

Angela and Kieron who reserved their property back in September 2021 are the first buyers to complete and said ““The Willows is ideal and has meant that the school run has gone from two hours to just taking under an hour, saving us a lot of time. We’re also closer to family members which is a bonus!”
