Founded in 2015, Garden City Homes is part of the well-established Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.  Up until 2019 all our homes for sale and rental were in the Wythenshawe area.  From 2019 our focus has widened, so although our priority is still Wythenshawe and surrounding areas we actively source opportunities in Cheshire East, Trafford, Salford and the Greater Manchester area.  We want to give our customer choice when it comes to location.  We are committed to developing new homes and have an exciting development programme to meet the needs of our customers.

We offer homes for sale, through Government schemes such as Shared Ownership and Help to Buy and homes for rent via the Rent to Buy scheme.  We offer a range of affordable options to support customers onto the property ladder.  We have a dedicated, friendly and experienced team whose main priority is to ensure your journey is a smooth one.
